I pay my employees a different rate when they perform different tasks. How can I do that automatically?

Maybe there are employees who are not eligible to use specific earning codes, their employee rate is different on the different earning codes or their default earning code should be something else on specific days. Using Advanced Earning Codes you assign earning codes to employees with a rate and cost differential and days of the week the earning code should default in for the employee.
