I have employees that come in early and clocks in but they don’t start work until 8am, is there any way I can change their time easily without going to each time record and changing it manually?

Punch Overrides.

A punch override rules lets company administrators set a time range for the different types of punch and override any entries made to a new time. For example, an employee may punch in 15 minutes early. Set a rule for in punches between a time range and override that time to their shift start time.
